17 May 2018 The Gin Distillery was a fantastic project with architecture firm Open Practice, which we are proud to announce achieved a RIBA London 2018 Award.

The key to achieving detail perfection was in ensuring that the fully exposed structures were perfectly and cleanly detailed, given a sense of being machined rather than constructed in situ. A surprisingly challenging project but immensely satisfying. Exposing structures in the humble domestic setting should be done more often!
