Constructure enjoyed a trip to the iconic St Paul's Cathedral. While appreciating the historic engineering marvel, we were also able to climb the little known secret staircase which offers sight of some of the flying buttresses Wren had designed to be kept hidden. Taking in the views of the whispering gallery, we then visited the Ye Olde Watling, which was rebuilt by Sir Christopher Wren in 1668 to house his engineering office and, most importantly, provide somewhere for them to drink, something which we all took advantage of after climbing all those stairs!
